The place is the poorest service department I’ve ever seen. Chris is the biggest lier I’ve met in a long time . Thinks he knows better than the techs. And he is a lier. He made a report to my extended warranty that appears no where in the tech’s report . Told me he read the report and even when showed the report didn’t say what he reported he continued to lie and said he knows what it said. I definitely do not recommend this place, this lowlife lier cost me $ 1,700 dollars for his opinion. The staff at the dealership haven’t done anything about it. DON’T COME HERE. And if do you have no one to blame except yourself. I have the hard copy pod the original tech’s report and can show it to anyone that wants to see it.
